신종 코로나 바이러스 감염증 (코로나19 ) 동선을 숨기다 구상권 2억 2000만원을 청구받은 이야기를 담은 영상이 화제입니다.

 서울시가 제작한 넋 나간 가족이라는 3분짜리 홍보영상은  실화를 바탕으로 하고 있습니다.

 

 

나이 든 아버지가 불법 다단계 행사에 참석하했다가 코로나 19에 감염됩니다. 

이후 역학조사에서 동선을 숨기는 바람에 2억 2000만원을 물게 된 상황을 그린 영상입니다.

서울시는  그동안 나은 여러 사례를 접목해 제작했다고 설명했습니다.

 

 

송파구의 60번 확진자의 경우 광주를 방문해 친지 모임을 한 사실을 숨겼다가 광주에서 11명 확진자가 나왔습니다. 이때문에 광주시는 송파구 60번 환자와 직간접적으로 접촉한 800여명의 진단 검사를 했고 , 그 책임을 물어 2억 2000만원을 청구하는 구상권 소송을 검토하고 있습니다.

 

 

제주에서 증상을 보이면서도 마스크를 끼지 않아 코로나19 감염을 일으킨 확진자에 대해 구상권 적용을 검토하고 있습니다.

방역지침을 여겨 코로나 19 확산을 야기하면 치료비나 환수나 구상권을 청구한다는 방안에 대한 설문조사(리얼미터)에서는 약 80%가 찬성한다는 입장을 보였습니다.

 

 

서울시 관계자는 중잔년층의 불법 다단계업체 방문이나 역학조사 거짓진술에 대한 경각심을 일깨우기 위해 여러사례를 섞어  만든 것이라며 코로나 19에 감염되고 동선을 거짓으로 진술해 수많은 접촉자를 양산할 경우 막대한 비용이 소요되는 만큼 시민들의 주의를 당부한다고 말했습니다.
